Topic: The Freedom of Being Foolish

Premise: If you want to make an indelible mark on people and in the world, it means the risk of "looking foolish" by:
1. Go BIG - dream, risk, live for something bigger than yourself.
2. Go REAL. - means becoming vulnerable/authentic. Requires an open heart.
3. Go ALL OUT - giving yourself away. Leaving a legacy.

More about the Speaker:
I'm committed to elevating the lives of people and creating dynamic communities where people live in joy and meaningful connections. I have devoted myself to people by creating seniors housing communities with record occupancies, solid financial performance and teams who dream big and create the impossible. I specialize in occupancy growth and stabilization of 98% average in 25 properties, resident turnover of 27% annually and operating margins of 38-41%. Over the past two years I have been fortunate, as VP of Customer Experience for Keystone Senior Management, to invest in training sales teams, mentoring young leaders and building cohesive teams who work together toward a shared vision. I express my public speaking talents by inspiring, guiding and supporting people to "live big" in their lives and organizations. - Kent Mulkey
