When you submit an event or announcement we will post the event on web pages that match your event depending on whether your event is for Senior Professionals or Consumers. This includes listing events for consumers in the local SeniorsResourceGuide.com Internet Directories.
- A reminder for submitting listings is sent out on the 15th of the month with request for content to be sent in on or before the 25th.
- Posting of new information occurs between the 26th and the last day of the month.
- Events will be kept on the website until the end of the month.
- Also note that we like to publish major events as much as 2 or 3 months out from the actual date. This gives search engines a chance to find your event and list it.
- A Tip for Planning an Event:
If you are planning a large event please send us a "Save the Date" notice with a few details - sending it months ahead and getting it posted early is a good thing! We will post the "Save the Date" notice on the appropriate website then when others are planning an event they should check the DenverSeniorCoalitions.org website and try not to plan events on the same day if possible. I have overheard many Senior Professionals lament about too many good events all happening on the same day. - Email or call Karin Hall with questions.
