About Dr. Meredith Roberts, DPT: I found through years of empowering individuals and families affected by chronic disease that it truly does take a village. I learned this lesson first hand when my grandfather was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. My family struggled with how to support him and allow him to truly be himself. We ran into many obstacles in creating a community that supported us all. Through this experience I learned how to connect his team, our family, and my grandfather so he could play his best role, himself. To fill this greater need I began teaching caregivers and other health professionals in a group setting. I found empowering the advocates of my clients propelled them forward towards their ideal life. It allowed the caregiver and the client to put the FUN back into their daily life. For more information on Dr. Meredith and the services she provides for professionals and people with Parkinson’s visit her website.
