Below are the steps for joining and the links to pay by credit card or join by check and mail in your application. If you have any questions contact a Membership Director listed to the right.
- Before paying please use this form and re-submit your contact information and company descriptions. We need this information so we can add you to our new Referral Guide Directory – CLICK HERE
- Denver Senior Coalitions 2021 membership will be the same as 2020, with annual membership dues by “organization”
This means that for whichever option you sign up for (1 Chapter, 2 Chapters or 3 Chapters + the 4th free), you can have as many people from your organization added to the Chapter membership list as you want. - The annual membership dues are as follows:
Join 1 Chapter with unlimited members – $75
Join 2 Chapters with unlimited members – $150
Join 3 Chapter & the 4th Chapter is Free, all with unlimited members – $225 - If you have any questions about Denver Senior Coalitions membership, contact a Membership Director for more information – see list to the right on this web page.

$75 for One Company, ONE Chapter
After you have paid for your membership you will be taken to a MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM where you can provide your contact information and names that are to be included in the Membership list. PLEASE be sure to complete this step.
$150 for One Company, TWO Chapters
After you have paid for your membership you will be taken to a MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM where you can provide your contact information and names that are to be included in the Membership list. PLEASE be sure to complete this step.
$225 for One Company, ALL FOUR Chapters

- The application has 4 pages.
- On pages 1 and 2 we collect information about your organization and staff that are joining so we can add them to the Denver Senior Coalition membership list.
- Page 3 is an invoice that you can fill out and print
- Page 4 is a receipt that you can fill out and print
