Mavericks Transformation Summit Spring 2020
Location: WorkAbility
Address: 1576 Sherman St, Denver, CO
The senior care industry is one of the most exciting, interesting, and meaningful places to be — and it is undergoing a massive transformation worldwide. It is filled with people who devote their lives to caring for others. And it is multiple industries trying to work together to serve our older adults: hospitality, healthcare, and real estate. This summit is an action-based collaboration to focus on solving some of the biggest problems we currently face: Affordability, Workforce, and Communication. Our goal is to have all the roles in senior care — including family members and older adults — together at the same table. We believe that it begins with understanding each other's processes, challenges and motivations. Then we can stop solving in silos and start solving across the industry.
What Will You Get?
You will participate in professionally-facilitated collaboration circles designed to create a shift in the market. You will walk away with 3 actionable items for you or your organization, for which we will hold each other accountable.
