At the April 25th in-person meeting, a vote was taken and the consensus was to stop having Zoom networking meetings on the 2nd Wednesday. The Zoom meetings we have had, have not been well-attended. If you have questions about this vote contact a board member.

Join us at our July in-person Networking meeting hosted by Feldman Mortuary. We will have members presenting about their businesses and Feldman Mortuary will present about their community. Come prepared to network! Bring your questions that you have regarding resources you are looking for to better serve older adults. We are also asking you to come prepared to give a “Shout-Out” to another Denver Senior Coalition member who assisted you in helping an older adult. Remember to bring your literature and bling. Guests and first-time visitors are welcome to attend and bring their literature!

Senior Housing Options, Inc. (SHO) is a nonprofit organization that serves low- and moderate-income older adults and adults with disabling conditions.. We currently own and/or manage both assisted living and affordable housing apartments for almost 500 residents including properties in Cortez, Denver, Longmont, and Parachute. SHO is unique in that we provide affordable housing in both the assisted living and more independent settings to those who need it most. We are one of Colorado’s most long-standing nonprofits in the affordable housing sector, providing the best options for older adults and those with disabilities.

2024 Meeting Dates

For 2024, we will have two meetings a month – one is a Zoom meeting and the other an in-person networking meeting. All members, of all chapters are invited to all meetings.

• 2nd Wednesday of the Month is a Zoom Online Networking Meeting
• 4th Thursday of the Month is an in-person networking meeting featuring 2 to 3 members each talking about their services for 10 minutes each.
